AFRICA AT THE WALTERS ART MUSEUM
A SPECIAL GUIDED TOUR BY DR. RUNOKO RASHIDI
As a unique feature and fitting conclusion to Power Talk 5 world reknown historian Dr. Runoko Rashidi will lead a special tour of the African collections of the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, Maryland. The special emphasis of the tour will be the Egyptian collections, in addition to selected artifacts pertaining to the African presence in European art.
This is a unique and one of a kind tour designed to help promote and support Dr. Rashidi's ongoing international museum researches.
The tour is limited to the first thirty people to register. The cost is $30.00 per person.
The tour is Sunday June 24, 2018 from 12 Noon to 1:30 pm. All participants must be on time as the tour will shart promptly at noon.
